Sells quite a lot of things, mostly related to health care. So things like protein shakes, Vitamin tablets, and well, you get the idea. They have everything you need really, I don't remember one occasion in which they didn't have what i was looking for. The aloe vera products are also really nice.

For a long time, I thought this place only sold vitamins and supplements, but it turns out that they recently added a food section. They have tons of nuts and snacks, but they also do things like veggie meats/cheeses AND non-dairy ice cream!!! AND they even have stuff like miso paste and oat milk! AAAND things are on offer all the time? Geez, I'm so glad this place is close. I don't eat a lot of veggie meat, but it's really great to have access to it when I really want it. And ice cream has been something I've missed a lot since moving here from LA. I'm so glad I can get it somewhere close enough so that it won't melt on the trek home!
