I wasn't sure who to use for our residential duct cleaning and called these guys on a suggestion. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable reception were able to book me an appointment within 2 days.
I was provided with an arrival time frame between 10-11 am and they were at my door at 11:15.
I have zero complaints about duct cleaning itself but they left an ungodly, muddy, dusty mess behind.
The price was spot on to what I was quoted but they do not provide a breakdown of services in your receipt.
Extremely happy with the quality of the duct cleaning - miffed by the mess they left behind.

we are in a 1960's home and havethe furnaces both replaced.over theyears we had several different companies clean our duct work and never really impressed.i searched the online companies and then phoned my furnace poeople(ss plumbing) who said they have used advance before and had no complaints . so i called and set up a time and day.the girl on the phone was extermely nice( and i would hire her in a second).

When the 2 guys arrived they were dead on time.they were polite, professional and knew what they were doing. they spent almost 3 hours woking and even with his i-phone which he uses as a camera,showed me what the ducts looked like inside whoo whoo. long and short i would have these guys back anytime. koodos to advance ken zelickson
