John and Jay offer the best private ride service I have experienced. They are very professional, friendly, caring and provide outstanding service. They are always very punctual, the veicles immaculate, and always think of all the little details that will make their customer experience more pleasant. I would not use anyone else in the Boston area!

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. When I called them I actually got to speak with a real live human being! They quoted me a price and honored it. They were on time and despite being given a vague itinerary, they were very professional. I look forward to working with them again.

I needed a white limo for my daughter's Senior prom and was lucky to find ATR on such short notice. The owner John called me and was so nice --great communication and response time! John called me the day before the event to confirm and discuss any changes. The driver Jay was on time, professional, and very accommodating. My daughter and her friends had a blast and loved him!! Thank you for helping make their night so memorable!

ATR was not available for my wedding day, but even so was helpful redirecting me to other limousine companies with availability and setting expectations for pricing. Been having trouble finding good options, and this was a huge help. Seem like they would be great to work with.

I was booking a car service for my parents to get from the Boston airport to Maine and back. I found ATR online and spoke John for the booking. He was super clear and prompt in all his communication. My parents were so pleased with the service too. The driver was very friendly, the car was comfortable and everything went perfectly. Highly recommend!

This is an overdue review. We've been using ATR Limo for years primarily for transportation to and from Logan (but also an occasional event or South Station). The drivers have all been great, they are always on time and friendly/professional. They are upfront about pricing and there's never any hidden fees or ridiculous upcharges. The owner, John, recently drove me to Logan himself when I had a family emergency and had to catch a last minute flight. He even kindly listened to me anxiously ramble about the emergency on the way to the airport. I highly recommend giving them a shot, very professional, good people.

PART ONE

I was concerned about flying into Boston Logan during a major weather alert for Boston so I contacted a few car services in the area prior my trip this week. Within a few minutes of requesting a quote from ATR, during the middle of the night by the way, John the Operations Director of the company, answered all my texts promptly and booked my reservation.

If there's one thing I consider myself an expert at it's traveling and finding the best services, hotels and airlines to not just use but frequent. I was so nervous about my trip to the greater Boston region because of the travel alerts of a snow storm that finding the most reliable and safe service to use was my top priority.

Thank goodness. Thank goodness. And one more time, thanks goodness that I got connected with John. Not only did I easily book my airport transport with him to pick me up from Boston Logan but he was able to provide me transportation all the way to Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This of course during a slippery, slidey snow day.

When I arrived in Boston the plane was stuck on the runway for about 30+ minutes and then when I got down to the baggage area that too was delayed. All along the way, from when I arrived to when he picked me up John and I kept in communication via text. I kept him updated about the delays and he kept assuring me that he would be there to pick me up when I finally got my luggage. As a woman traveler who's travelled all over the world, finding a reliable and safe form of transportation is a necessity as I usually travel alone and frequently arrive and travel during the red eye time periods.

When I finally got my luggage John directed me to which door to go through and one cross walk later, there he was. Dressed beautifully in a suit jacket and tie and with a friendly smile, John took my bag and opened the door into a beautiful and spotless clean Lexus. I was so relieved and thankful because while I was picking up my luggage there were loads of people that didn't have transportation that night because there were a lack of Ubers in the area due the snow storm.

It was snowing like crazy and the roads were slick and surely, safely and slowly John drove me to Portsmouth, New Hampshire were my meeting was scheduled for the next day. While I was on pins and needles the entire way to New Hampshire because of the snow storm, John kept his eyes on the road, entertained me with Bostonians do's and dont's and skillfully and carefully maneuvered us through the snow and ice. I arrived at the hotel in New Hampshire nice and safe and ready for the next day.

PART TWO

I was in Portsmouth for a few days and was so thrilled with the service and care I received that, I booked a round trip back from Portsmouth to Boston Logan. On this round, John texted me the day before and told me that Jay his best driver would be picking me up. Paranoid that I would be stuck in Portsmouth with no way to get back I asked John for Jay's number so I could confirm he would be coming. John texted back Jay's number and within a few minutes, I was confirming with Jay that he would get me at 7:30 AM the next morning.

As a world traveler you always have to be prepared and to also double check your itinerary especially since I knew I was on an over sold flight back to Phoenix. Getting to the airport on time was a priority for me and since Boston can sometimes be traffic challenged, I was all about being on time.

This morning as I was checking out of my hotel, 30 minutes before pick up time Jay texted me and told me he was already in the area.

WHEW!

Yipee! A car service and team that meets exactly what I'm looking for. Jay came into the hotel, picked me up, whisked me off into a shiny, clean Suburban and voila off to Boston we went.

Jay like John was the ultimate professional, as former Marriott corporate executive he knew how to deliver exceptional customer service. Jay was friendly, conversational and I truly enjoyed what seemed like a short ride from Portsmouth, New Hampshire to Boston Logan.

We had a wonderful evening thanks to ATR limousine! The whole process to reserve the limo was flawless and John was very accommodating. He was able to change our hours after our initial discussion and called to confirm prior to the drive date. Our driver showed up 10 minutes early and was flexible in our destinations. The limo was beautiful and clean and had water, champagne flutes, and rock glasses for our use. John was very professional and courteous and took us all around town to celebrate my mother's birthday. I will definitely be using this service again in the future and can't recommend them enough!!

On time, professional, nice car, bottled water available. Painless airport transport.
