Bruegger's Bagels

Got a sausage egg and cheese and it was just ok. Their bagels are a little on the small side. I also got a hash brown and it was more like a soggy ball of shredded potatoes and cheese. It looked like Brazilian cheese bread on the outside. Maybe they messed up the order and gave me something else? Not the traditional flat, deep fried and crispy hash brown most places serve.

Pro tip: do a pickup order through DoorDash and avoid the big lines. They'll put your order on a shelf by the door.

Moving forward, I will purposely drive out of my way to avoid this location. Every time I go here I get upset. There is one worker who's sense of urgency is that of the sloth from Zootopia. This place rivals the DVM for who is slowest and most infuriating.

Wow sweet deal! I went online yesterday and ordered a bagel box. They come in 1/2 dozen, baker'sdozen and 18 bagel options. You get to choose your cream cheese, bagel flavors and any additional sides, sandwiches, dessert, beverages, etc.
You can order hours or days ahead and choose a time slot. Your order is ready when you arrive.
The bagels are soooo fresh and yummy. We love the honey walnut and veggie cream cheese! We were adventurous and tried the Jalapeño this time...score!
The staff was welcoming and helpful while social distancing!

Egregiously bad service and remarkably slow. Food is great but not worth the wait. Go to another Bruegger's location

Horrific service. Watched 25 people be in line with 4 people worked head down and did not take one person for the 11 minutes I stayed. Bruegger's if you want an online store keep it up. No one should ever go here is they are expecting food.

Sorely disappointed. The seating area is still closed, so we ordered a bundle to go. While selecting the bagels, we were told theres an .80 upcharge each for the bagels we wanted, so beware the 18 bucks for 13 bagels could really be over $28 bucks. We were there late Saturday morning and they were making bagels and there were at keast four people working, but there was a 10 minute wait for the kind i wanted, and with the seating area closed, i got different bagels rather than stand there.

Today, I went to redeem "Get a bagel and cream cheese with any purchase" on the Bruegger's Reward. The manager, Derek, scanned my phone and then charged me for bagel. After speaking with him, Derek said he didn't know that I wanted to redeem it. Well, I showed him the receipt with "Free Bagel with Cream Cheese". There was a line so didn't think it was worth holding up the line. It just goes to show that new management has made this once great place to now dismal. Also, coffee selection is worse now with only Caribou. Limited selection of coffee with no specialty flavor of the month. Here is my receipt to show the error. Anyways, I would have made this zero stars but Yelp requires me to put at least 1 star.

Very respectful and welcoming staff. I literally smile everytime I walk in. There is this special staff that takes the time and asks me about my day and is very thoughtful as well. I enjoy walking into this area. God bless the staff that work here, they deserve the best !

This is my first review EVER on here and unfortunately I was disappointed. As a person of color, I felt really uncomfortable here. I understand there is not much diversity in this area but it's noticeable the difference in treatment to customers who are white vs. nonwhite. Just a heads up to work on improving that aspect of service.

Good bagels fast service and coffee there too. No waiting around to be seated just order pick up and go or sit and eat!
