Cigar Shop Macanudo Copenhagen

This is a beautiful tobacconist with the customer service and knowledge to match! In the past 25+ years I have been to hundreds of cigar shops around the world and only a very few are on par with Macanudo in Copenhagen. I visited their fine shop a couple months ago and received great service from Mette.

It is always a pleasure getting to speak cigars with someone as knowledgeable as she is. I was fortunate enough to come on a slow rainy day and they still had two boxes of the Ramon Allones King of North remaining. I was tempted to purchase both but didn't have the heart to deprive some other cigar enthusiast. Along with the box I purchased several singles from the RyJ Oro ligne and Trinidad's. Their humidor is immaculate with a perfect RH.

Mette showed me around their well ventilated smoking lounge downstairs and asked if I wanted to indulge. If I were not on a tight schedule I would have loved to smoke a good cigar there. This two month long trip took me to 20+ tobacconists in a dozen countries and Macanudo by far had the best selection of Habanos during thepandemic shortage. This is truly a world class tobacconist and well worth visiting!

Cubans were all sold out, with an exception of a few small ones. Good selection of other brands. Will come back again.

Absolute delight to deal with the level of professionalism I received. The shop is very impressive, nice, clean with the humidor full of fantastic cigars. Not cheap but well worth it. They close at 5:30 so must get there way before closing to check out the selection. Great selection of rare rums, and accessories. They packed the cigars so well that upon my return I thought the cigars were destroyed to find out they were in perfect condition. If you smoke cigars and you are in Copenhagen, you must visit.
