Indian Palace

We often grab take-out here. Simple in and out if you phone ahead. Highly recommend chicken vindaloo (spicy) or chicken tikka (mild). You can get mango lassi to go - they make it when you come in to pay. So good. Recommend any time, and they're open on Sunday. Have never eaten in, but it's a very cost, welcoming atmosphere inside.

Nice little neighborhood Indian joint. Seems like a little family owned and run place. Chicken biriyani was mostly seasoning with chunks of chicken. I am accustomed to bone in chicken cooked for a long period of time and almost a saffron rice. Chicken tikka masala was pretty standard. The chai was good of course. Not a lot of food for the amount paid. All in all its just O.K.

Friendly staff and good selection of beer and wine. I had butter chicken. I love butter chicken, the sauce on this one was ok flavor, but lacked the richness/creaminess and complexity of flavors you want from a solid butter chicken. A bit spendy for the environs.

I saw the good reviews so I had to try it. The owner had just opened for the day although he mentioned he had been in business a long time. I had the lamb vindaloo to go. Great potion, just the right amount of rice and sauce. I like it spicy and the owner made it perfectly. It's definitely worth a visit.

We love this neighborhood spot. We have never been disappointed with our food, our special wines, or special rums. I highly recommend the specialty naan and any of the chicken dishes. The owner and chef is friendly, speaks english, and runs a great restaurant.

Every dish I have eaten here is excellent. The chef is from India, and was trained there as a chef. The Lamb Vindaloo is superb! The chef will prepare beef dishes on request (not typical because cows are sacred animals in India). The entrees are served with rice, but you have to ask for naan, and any side dishes which can get pricey. He also imports about five types of Indian whiskey which is absolutely great - who knew?

Delicious, excellent service and overall Indian food at its best. Had typical chicken tikka masala and panak paneer--both where delightfully spicy and excellent. Highly recommend this neighborhood place!

My absolutely favorite place to have Indian food in Germany! The first time I came here I wanted a dish that wasn't on the menu and the cook made it for me anyways. The family who owns this place is so kind too. They always make my husband and I feel so welcome. I have even had my birthday party here with a few girlfriends and it was amazing. The food is fabulous and so are the people who work here.

I ate at the indian palace three times already. The food is amazing. Everything taste so delicious and it is super fresh food. The appetizers are amazing and have the right size. The entrees are soo perfectly cooked and the lamb tasted like real lamb. The chef is super friendly and nice. I can highly recommend this place :-)
