MAC Cosmetics

I love MAC makeup, but sometimes I get a bit carried away. I needed to return a brush I had purchased while I was in Liverpool and this was the closest store to me. This is one of the smallest MAC stores I have been in and it gets crowded really quickly, which really makes it difficult to look around... especially when significant others stand 'out of the way' but are really in the way (I could go on for days about this, if you would like to hear me on my soapbox, just ask...).

I managed to get past everyone and not knock things off the counter and get to the cash register. The first lady to help me looked at me like I had seven heads and I was worried that this was going to go badly, but she handed everything over to another staff member. The other staff member was friendly, but you could tell she was new and needed a bit of help processing the refund... which she received eventually. I find increasingly that my non-chip-and-pin card absolutely perplexes anyone who comes in contact with it. It didn't take an extreme amount of time, she remained calm and friendly... so I would say it was a success.

Make-up heaven, simply put. I love this store with all my heart and soul. The MAC staff are also ultra knowledgeable and clearly really enjoy their jobs. The only thing with this store is that it's REALLY small... so at peak times, gets super crowded.

Despite the store being small, crazy busy and generally full the girls there were super helpful and welcoming. Other stores I've been to haven't been as busy, had more staff on who weren't as nice or attentive as this one!

Really excellent free standing store with a good selection of their cosmetics and all their limited edition collections. The make up artists are really friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasant experience to come here. MAC make up is the best!
