Rude staff who seem more interested in their mobiles than in your favourite suit and who, as a result, have a habit of not returning your clothes in the best condition they could. As if this were not bad enough, I don't think I have ever paid more for dry cleaning. Unfortunately it took me a year of using them to work all this out, so please use the benefit of my foolish experience and take your most precious clothes elsewhere.
