I should have known there would be problems when the rep taking my info could hardly speak English. Got a call the night before my morning wedding, that the SUV I ordered 7 months prior was not available but they were sending a van, but the morning of the van had a flat. They ended up sending a mini bus, which was fine. The driver Seth was very nice, but talked and talked and had no idea how to get to my wedding venue. For a professional driver he had no idea where Fenway Park was or the Boston Commons.
The Ride home- never showed. I had a rose petal departure ruined. The wedding was at 70 Beacon st, Boston by the Boston Commons. The driver went to 70 Beacon in Chestnut Hill, Brookline. All the paperwork cleally stated Boston, but he went to Chestnut Hill. I called him, again hardly spoke English, couldn't understand me. He eventually came 40 mins later, after all the guests left. We ended up sitting on a bench in the commons alone waiting for the driver.

I used Metrowest for the first time to and from Logan. Great follow up and confirmation, on time, clean, well appointed SUV. Driver Andres was perfectly accommodating, provided good conversation but was quiet when deemed necessary. Recommend him and would request him again.

If you would like for the air condition in the car you book to be GUARANTEED... DO NOT BOOK WITH METRO WEST CAR SERVICE. I ordered this car service to take me from Boston to Newport, RI in October of 2021. When I got into the car, the car had no air conditioning. Loved the driver but to be 6.5 months pregnant, riding in the backseat of a car with NO AC is unacceptable. Even still, because the driver was great, I was willing to use them on the return service back to Boston. However, when I called to ask them if we could receive a discount since our first ride had no AC, they told me they could not guarantee AC in a car because its a mechanical issue. Last I checked, we lived in 2021 and air conditioning in a car was not a luxury but a necessity. Businesses that don't accommodate customers for their mistakes, inconveniences and lack of thorough planning doesn't even deserve one star. However, since I can't leave one star, one will do. If you'd like AC in your car to be guaranteed, book another car service.

We just got home from Logan, with our driver Lorenz. Conditions were terrible, with heavy snow coming down and no plows out at midnight. Lorenz drove with great skill and confidence, and was very helpful communicating before the pickup and helping us with our bags on the snowy driveway.

Even in the era of Uber and Lyft, there's a good case to be made for a reliable service like this.

SUV pickup went Great! Driver arrived 15 minutes early, packed all the bags in (and we had a lot!), was very professional and relaxed. Clean and roomy vehicle as well! Three adults fit in the middle row no problem. Great rate for Worcester to Boston!

I struggled to decide if I should post a review, but decided I should because I selected this service based on yelp reviews themselves. As my rating of one shows above, the service was quite horrible.

The Good: (1) Excellent communication with Basel and his company throughout using email and phone. They called me three times the week of the event. (2) Excellent timing. The limo came exactly at the right time. (3) The driver even managed to pull up the car through our long driveway. (4) The limo's inside was very clean.

The Bad: (1) The limo dropped us off and disappeared. Mind it, I was paying the limo by the hour. (2) The limo showed up an hour after we called to pick us up. And that too it was a struggle to contact the driver (took 15 min). No idea what the limo was doing. The driver told us he had to go back to the office to get ready for the next party and load up the limo with champagne etc. We kept calling from 10pm and finally the limo showed up at 11pm to pick us up. (3) The driver had no clue where we were going. He didn't have a gps either. I had to print him out directions and to and from the event. Even with that he started driving in the wrong direction.

The Ugly. The worst part was that Basel and his crew kept lying to us. When we called at 10pm, they kept saying it will only be 20 min, even though they knew fully well that they won't come to pick us up before 11pm. So, 20 min eventually became an hour.

I have hired limos several times, but this was the worst service I have ever received from any car service. Basel argued with me that he gave me a discount though, so I suppose the discount qualifies for pathetic service. To Basel's credit, he took 50% off the limo charge because of this mishap (he didn't reduce the 20% gratuity on the non-discounted price, which I loathed to pay, given how bad the driver was).

So, hire this service at your own risk. Basel has invited me to try his service again claiming that this was a one-off mistake. We will see.

Metrowest Car Service has been a life saver for me and my husband.
He is travelling more for his job and they are available 24/7, I make
last minute reservations, and it doesnt matter if its 430 am in the morning
for pick up at our home or 11 pm at Logan Airport. They are on time,
available, professional staff and their cars look nice and brand new.

This company and its owner were so understanding and accommodating. We had to change our pickup location several times. Then our flight was significantly delayed so we had to change plans on them again, last minute. They were always happy to accommodate us and make sure we enjoyed the night despite everything. Great company, great service and great people.

Fantastic car service! I used them for a family trip and on both occasions (picking me up from home and back from the airport) they were ready for me before time. I got a text message when they arrived with the driver's name and phone.

Each time they waited patiently while I was getting ready or waiting for my bags. They loaded all my bags and unloaded them.

Highly recommend them!!!

I had a great time, my driver was on time, the bus was huge I didn't expect that and it was super clean. My only two complaints was the fact the driver told me how much tip i should give him up front and the fact the bathroom door wouldn't open once its lock. One of my guess was lock in for about 10 minutes. Overall the driver was nice, he deserved the tip and I would do business with them again. 4.5 star service
