Excellent Mongolian-Asian food, really good and tasty food. Different type of meats.
Always need to book in advance because is always fully booked.
Accept credit or debit cards. Many type of asian beers. Good for groups. Good price.

Mongolian buffet with the widest choice of exotic game meat ever, kangaroo, crocodile, ostrich meat, You name it. It's my second time here & the Zebra meat is absolutely delicious, although I kind of felt a bit guilty eating it.

Mongo's is one of my favorite places to eat when in Dusseldorf. It is almost always on my "must hit" list.

The single biggest "wow" factor for me is just that this is so different from typical restaurants in the area. The flavors and spices are such a nice change from German, French, and Italian fare. If you are accustomed to a spicy diet and growing tired of the normally bland food in Dusseldorf, suggest giving Mongos a try.

In addition to choosing one of 8 or so different sauces for your BBQ, Mongos has a large and very fresh selection of ingredients. Lots of different veggies, peppers, garlic, and then there are the meats. They have normal meats, such as pork, chicken, beef, and several exotic meats that seem to change over time. E.g. Zebra, ostrich, etc.

The other thing I like is the more recent menu option to pay by the weight of ingredients you choose. Mongos still has the fixed price all-you-can-eat menu option, but for lighter eaters it is really nice to have the pay-for-what-you-eat choice.

Tried Mongolian food for the first time and I must say Mongo's restaurant does a great job. The ambience is superb, the idea of "select" to make your own food similar to wok style works very well, especially given the variety of options in veggies and meat. The preparation by chef is just rightThoroughly enjoyed and I look forward to visit this restaurant again.

You will spend 15-25 GPD (25-35 €) which is not very
cheap but you can eat as much as you want!
They got the best and exotic sauces that i've ever ate.

Fun place to get a lot of custom dishes! Pretty cool concept, you choose a sauce, pick out a bowl of ingredients from a buffet, drop it off with the chef and it is served to you 10 minutes later! You can mix and match pretty much eating anything you like! There are tons of veggies, noodles, so many different cuts of meat, nice seafood selection! Located in a nice trendy area of dusseldorf!

If you go here you have her know what you let yourself and accept the system! You get a piece of wood, it writes the waiter a table no. and the letter for the chosen sauce (Hot, Sweet or fish, etc.).
Then you go to the buffet and you pack raw vegetables, meat or fish in a bowl. This bowl gets the cook. About your table no. a waiter brings you the now hot/grilled bowl back to your table .. It is possible to repeat the process several times ..
better for the big hungry It's the most fun in the group, e.g. Birthday celebration.
Prices are ok

Good food, fast service, friendly and professional staff. Good for kids, too, they eat for free and there's enough room for a high chair. Can only recommend going there, just make sure you book a table when you plan to go in the evening.

Food quality is good, price is not huge and it is funny to have dinner there. If you take the buffet option, you fill a bol with as much food as you can, vegs, meat, fish, all good quality, and topped with a very tasteful and nice sauce. I recommend you to come but make a reservation in advance, otherwise, no way to get a table. Ah, be on time, they are not flexible with spanish-like people :-)
One last thing, I am still wondering why that kind of food is Mongolian.

Good service and friendly waitstaff is about the best thing that can be said about this place. I've eaten far better mongolian style barbecue for much less. The meats were too thinly sliced and too quickly cooked for them to get any taste, and the same can be said about the fish. Good variety only gets you so far, taste is the reason you go to a restaurant, and you should not go to this one.
