      We did two pick up orders but only one was ready. It took quite a bit of time for the order to come out perhaps because if was Black Friday and a number of cars waiting.

      We left and less than 10 minutes later, the second order was ready. Again, a wait but only two other cars. Plus noticed this time the clerk kept leaving the basket unattended with his back to it while delivering packages. Thankful no one messes with the cart.

      So unbelievably busy. You can't even get a pick up order in a timely fashion. Target needs to add some stores in the area to offload the traffic to this location. It's almost too busy to be useful. The cashier/check out lines will extend to the beauty section. Avoid at all constant on the weekend

      Sales people from at&t in the electronics section use very aggressive tactics to try and make sales, such as following you around the store and refusing to take no for an answer. I shook it off at first, but it's gotten to the point where I've chosen to go out of my way to a different Target in the area because of how frustrating it can be.

      This Target sits in the west side of Nashville on Charlotte Pike and may be one of the largest Target's I have visited in a while!

      This location has clearly gone under the refresh/remodel in the recent past as it has all the newest layouts and offerings from entry to exit!
      With this size comes crowds, so be prepared to wait in lines and be elbow-to-elbow with folks in the aisles. Additionally, be careful in the parking lot. Folks fly up and down the aisles and while there are plenty of spaces, majority are always full!

      While things are busy, service is still top notch at this location. We were greeted upon entry and the cashier helping us out was massively nice and helpful as well.

      Overall, great Target location that I would love to be my go-to when we plant roots here in Nashville!

      Me and my family were getting a ton of supplies for my brother's new school year and we set the sensor off after we paid and left. We were really confused. This older lady who works there stops us, looks straight at me, and asks me if I stole any clothes. I was the only one in my group that looked at the clothes for maybe 2min total and moved on to help my family find what my brother needs. So clearly she was following me for some reason? We have nothing but school supplies and we show her the receipt and I guess she's satisfied and we leave. This made me and my family so uncomfortable.

      The girls working the fitting room talked about me while I was trying on articles of clothing and accused me of stealing. They then stared at me while I tried to shop for my boyfriend in the men's section making me so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving. Management? Nowhere to be seen, not that any of the employees wanted to help me find a manager anyway. I spend way too much money at this location to put up with that. My money will go elsewhere now. Customer support did nothing and couldn't even contact me to let me know the issue had been dealt with. For a loyal customer of this specific location for 7 years, you could say I'm pretty unsatisfied with the experience.

      This Target location is decent. Compared to several other retailers I've recently visited, it gets 4/5 stars due to *almost* having enough staff. Compared to Walmart and Lowe's I've recently visited, it's a distinct step up, though there is still room for improvement.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. I misplaced my phone and everyone I asked kept saying go to customer service. I told them id rather keep looking in the areas i was shopping at and it wiuld be great if they could use their handy walkie talkies.... nope "go to guest services".

      I get to guest services and there's a long line, totally get that but i was in a panick, my phone was attached to all my cards, so i kindly asked the guy if someone turned in an iphone with cards, his sleepy response "could be, maybe but youll have to wait, it'll be awhile".

      Not only is the front presentation and carpet disgusting but the customer service is turtle slow and everyone seems like a zombie in this place. Definately NOT 1 person (i walked past 6 team members) asked "Can I Help You Find Something). That is what im used to in a Target. Not this one.

      I doubt management at Target reads these reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience today - specifically with Target 'mobile'. I recognize that today is Black Friday. I have worked in retail before. Things are chaotic. Sometimes you are understaffed, customers can be difficult, etc. I get it.

      That does not make it acceptable to straight up *lie* to people repeatedly, especially after they have been waiting in your store for SEVEN hours. All for the sake of sales. In the past 24 hours, I personally witnessed several other customers be severely inconvenienced by these untruths - thinly veiled and morally bankrupt sales tactics.

      I won't go into details about the specifics of my situation today, but ask anyone who came into the electronics department today and they would know that I was essentially a permanent fixture as I waited, from 8am to 3pm, for the Target Tech/Mobile department to activate a new iPhone for me. It was like a nightmare you couldn't wake from. To add insult to injury, I walked away empty handed (and hungry and dehydrated)...

      In a lot of cases, these type of scathing reviews are unfair, and not entirely truthful. There are 2 sides to every story and at least SOME of the fault lies with the customer in some way. While I don't proclaim to be perfect, and I despise playing the 'victim', I can assure you my tumultuous experience today was ENTIRELY due to their poor handling and management.

      I plan to share details of my encounter today with everyone that I know. My household will not spend a single dollar at Target again - which is disappointing because I always saw them as "the good guys", especially as a better alternative to the big blue W.

      Edit: I want to be clear, I was not waiting the entire time to be helped. That was only the first 1.5 hours. I was being 'helped" for the 5.5 hours after that.

      I bought a bookshelf from this place. came home opened the box and it was damaged, i didnt have the receipt and took it back to the store and they said i cant get a refund with out a receipt. what a fucking waste of money, never shopping at target ever again. hopefully the BBB will reach out and do something about this.
