11. jul. 2020This place is really really good. No need to get your donuts and sausage rolls fix anywhere else! Donuts are great, sausage rolls are top-notch quaint inside, easy drive thru, and locally owned, oh my!!

2. apr. 2019Such a delicious pizza!! Thin crust, but not cracker thin like some places. Just a perfect hybrid of hand tossed and thin. Many different types of pizzas and I've tried 5 different ones--and can't decide which is my favorite because they're all damn good.
not to be forgotten: the salads and brisket meatballs. Both are fantastic. Add all this plus good beer and you've got yourself a place you'll keep going back to!! Very comfortable/cool interior too. do yourself a favor and go here!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0
19. sep. 2018Opdateret anmeldelseBeen back a few times lately and it's still fantastic. As I've mentioned before, as have others, the bolillo here is the real deal. There's plenty of places to get a big, sloppy, and likely less expensive torta. But this is all about quality.

the bollio is outstanding. i really like their homemade sauce too. ingredients fresh. menu has expanded quite a bit since i first went to the oak cliff location a few years back...one of these days I WILL order something else besides the tortas. or will i?! hmm, that will be a tough call. the tortas are badass. ingredients fesh...okay i think i repeated myself.
this place is great. owners are friendly. want more elaboration? see my reviews on the original tortas las tortugas---it's identical. and that's a good thing/
13. sep. 2018My lady and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. Being that I yelp and she don't, you'll hear my side of the story.
Very good food at a very fair price. At first thought, this is a total kickass lunch spot. This place is all about bowls. I dig. Again, good food at fair prices (I got the tuna tower, she got the Thai chicken curry) Lemme add that food is served fast, too. But don't limit yourself to thinking this is only a lunch spot. We came for dinner. Great for those who want a good dinner but not deal with reservations and a scene.
It's a very clean, simple and comfortable layout. The owner, Jeff, couldn't have been nicer. Seriously. Typically I'm indifferent on customer service. If it's decent then I'm happy. But Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we felt appreciated and offered suggestions.
