This is my local and I L-O-V-E it here!
The atmosphere is up to date and nice. The are absolutely dog friendly and the staff is a happy one. They have different specials Monday through Thursdays and a quiz at 8pm on Sundays.
The food at the Bell Inn is fantastic. I have eaten there more than a few times and have yet to try something and dislike it. The burger is amazing and the pulled pork nachos will not let you down!
Weather permitting, they have a lovely patio that catches some great sun during the day.
Definitely a place to bring friends, or just your main squeeze.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - T G.Houston, USA2119. feb. 2016
Our new local, despite being not the most local pub is worth the extra few minutes walk. The bar is large with plenty of seating and there is a large patio. The decor is up to date and very clean with a warm atmosphere. The service is the usual awkward attempt at friendly, provided by pleasant but nervous millennials. The beer selection is great, the main reason I'm happy to keep going back. A good mixture of the well known beers and the local brewery options. Oh and they allow dogs, even ours..
We have only tried a few side dishes but so far they have been good. I'd recommend our new local, I'll be trying steak night next..Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Chappers C.London, Storbritannien1261329. maj 2016

Huge pub by the River in Hampton, it's fantastic on a warm sunny day as their garden is huge.
It's a classy enough place, with locals and river-enthusiasts mixing comfortably. They serve a high-end pub menu, and I can recommend their lamb burger.
Decent selection of ales on tap too. I always enjoy seeing a Doombar.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kate G.Richmond, Storbritannien01103626. jan. 2009Først til at anmelde
The Bell is a 'trendy' pub on the River (though not really in Hampton Hill; more Hampton) serving lagers (including Hoegarten) and a few real ales along with a fairly large wine list.
It is all hard surfaces, in keeping with its youngish feel. It is popular with local businessfolk at lunchtime, and does serve good food (their chips are to die for). They also serve an excellent (if somewhat pricey) Sunday lunch (around £8 or £9). There is a nice conservatory and garden - very pleasant in the summer.
Although the pub sits right on a busy road (the A308), the pub is large enough and set back enough not to suffer too much from road noise. You don't get a great view, however, of the river as the pub's on the other side of the road.
I'm not sure how keen I'd be to make this my local - it's a bit too impersonal. But for a Sunday lunch and a happy couple of hours with food, a pint and good company, this is a welcome addition to Hampton pubs.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Qype bruger (Catann…)London, Storbritannien427965. maj 2011
Well I love this place. The food is scrummy, the staff are really friendly and the wine selection is really good. They have a few decent real ales on too. It's got a great atmosphere, really relaxed and quite contemporary. Lovely little courtyard for a little summertime drinkie and cost and warm inside in winter. Who could ask for more?

The Bellon Thames st Hampton has just been re-opened by new owners in April this year. You can see that what they are trying to achieve will be nice however the teething problems are obvious and it all feels a little out of control.
The food was average, we were a little disappointed as we looked online before hand o view the menu and it looked lovely but when we arrived the sunday menu was much more limited.
overall the food lacked flavour and finesse, the service was slow and I have to say quite unfriendly the staff simply seemed unintrested and quite unhappy. The restuartwasnt too busy at all and by 2pm they had already soldout of many meals and desserts, for a bar no far from Hampton court in the summer I think it fair to expect them to be prepared enough to cope with a busy sunday in th summerand not be running out of food so early when they even had free tables.
The deor etc was nice and the potential is there but they really need to recruit some staff that actually want to be there and serve the customers.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Qype bruger (alfies…)London, Storbritannien19328. sep. 2011
I love the food here, its just great. the staff are always friendly even if they are sometimes rushed off their feet! Good selection of beers. slightly on the expensive side of pubs in hampton but all in all a nice pub to relax.

I love The Bell from the friendly staff to the great beer garden at the back. There is something for everyone whether you are in for a swift pint or some food. The burgers are a lot better than what you would expect in a pub.
